The morning clouds cleared and it turned out to be a fine day for up and down flying. Jim Clark got there early and had the trailer and canopy up and ready. Bob Dyer got his Russia back and was assembling it. Mike B. took his Dad up in the L-23 for one last flight before he had to go home to Michigan. Jim C. then took the L-33 up and we got Bob D. and a friend off for the next flight. Steve S. then launched in the L-33 and Bob Arant showed up and went up with Whit for a recurrency flight. Bob A. then went solo and Bob D. made the last flight in his Russia. Whit, Bob and Steve shared the towing load. Good day. Looking forward to the weekend.
