Turned out to be a rather nice evening with a cooling breeze blowing almost right down runway 31. We set up for a 31 operation and Paul J. took the first flight in the L-33 with wife Nancy. Jay got the Russia out and the L-33 was also brought out. Jay took the Russia up and Tom S. launched shortly thereafter for a solo flight in the L-23. Paul the took the L-33 up to search out the elusive lift but none found the entire evening. Jamie finished the evening with a intro flight of a woman who lived near the airport and had always wanted to take a ride. We ended the evening about 7:00 with Whit and Jamie sharing the towing duties. A fun evening and we will have to try it again sometime.
