The Omaha Soaring Club participated in the Omaha Aviation STEM Day at the Millard airport yesterday. I believe this was the fifth occurrence of this event, and that we have participated in all five. Bud Shaw contributed his Pipistrel Taurus as our display aircraft again this year
This seemed to be a smaller event than last year, with a notably smaller crowd. But, Bud and I felt like we had more visitors, and more serious interest in soaring than in past years.
